Asian Journal of Geoinformatics (AJG) is the official publication of the Asian Association on Remote Sensing (AARS). It is a multi-disciplinary journal, addressing the scientific developments and applications in the field of geoinformatics. AJG provides a platform of communication in the interdisciplinary fields that employ remote sensing, photogrammetry, Geographic Information System (GIS), Global Navigation Satellite Systems (GNSS), spatial data infrastructure, computer vision etc.
The AJG objective is to publish high quality, peer-reviewed, previously unpublished papers focusing on a scientific/technological topic. AJG will publish papers, including those based on Asian Conference on Remote Sensing (ACRS) award-winning presentations, which are regarded as significant contributions in the geoinformatics fields. We especially encourage research papers and technical report on innovative and emerging applications.
AJG is an online journal that provides immediate open access to its content, on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.
